2. Please find attached the Schedules of the Completion and Submission of Dissertations and guidelines for undergraduate,

    master’s and doctoral students who are expected to graduate in Feb. 2024 or Aug. 2024.

3. We have also attached dissertation template for master’s and doctoral dissertations.

    Each department(school) is requested to pass it to relevant students.

4. For the type of signatures necessary for dissertation-related documents, refer to the relevant measure which has been previously announced

    (Relevant document: Academic Planning Team-348, 2023.02.24.).
